Mr. Pratik Doshi is a Managing Director of the Company. He has over 15 Years of experience in Capital Markets. He did his B.A in Business and Financial Economics from U.K. from University of Leeds. He has been entrusted and has made significant contribution in various areas of distribution of financial products, Wealth Management Service, Investment Advisory, Strategic financial partners for third party products. Under his leadership the company has recently launched On-line trading App for scalability of the Broking business. His strategic leadership skills and ability to deliver results are among the key drivers.

Mr. S S Gulati, Director of the Company is a qualified Chartered Accountant and he has over three decade of experience in Accounting, Finance and Taxation. Presently, He is performing the role of Chief Financial Officer for LKP Finance Limited. He has held numerous management responsibilities in his career in the field of finance, Corporate Affairs and taxation

Mr. Ganesh Malhotra holds MBA degree from XIM India and has experience of 20 years in International Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange and Commodity Markets. He is one of the Founding Director of Phoenix Consultancy Enterprises Ltd, Dubai. He has also worked with Large Financial Institutions such as MF Global and Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Sajid Mohamed, Director of the Company, is also a Managing Partner of Agrud Partners, Advocates & Solicitors (Erstwhile PDS & Associates). As a lawyer, Sajid represents publicly and privately held companies, promoters and managements on growth, expansion and consolidation strategies through legal structuring of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and finance transactions. His practice also involves extensive experience in structuring, documenting and negotiating a broad range of corporate finance and capital raising transactions including corporate debt restructuring. He has both transactional and counseling background. Among his clients are technology and outsourcing model businesses, non-banking financial companies, biotech and manufacturing companies.

S. Ranganathan is a qualified chartered accountant with over 28 years of experience in Capital Markets across NBFC and Stock Broking firms. He has been associated with LKP for the last 20 years and heads Research at LKP.

Years of Experience : 27 Years Mr. Dinesh K Waghela has been associated with LKP since 1990. He has over 27 years of experience in the fields of Finance & Capital Markets. He is heading IPO Division having a remarkable expertise in the field of Distribution & Marketing of IPOs.

Ms. Rajani Tandale is an MBA from ICFAI Bangalore and manages the Third Party Distribution Department which includes Mutual Fund, Life Insurance, General Insurance Loans, Real-estate etc. She comes with mutual fund background of more than 8 years. Rajani has previously worked with ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company and Reliance Asset Management Company.

Mr. Sanjay Chitalia is associated with LKP Securities Limited since inception. Currently, President of Debt Market Division. He holds B.Com degree from University of Mumbai and a qualified Chartered Accountant with an experience of 35 years in Fixed Income Market. Under his leadership with innovative ideas company has achieved consistently among the top three brokerage house in India with 8 to 10% market share on the NSE Wholesale Debt Market segment on daily basis with Annual Turnover of over Rs.1 Trillions over the past few years.

QParesh is a chartered accountant with over 23 years of experience across debt & equity capital Markets, in various managerial positions. He has a vast experience in the field of finance and framing business strategies. He has worked with various reputed organizations over the years.

Kaushal has been involved on sales and trading of cross-asset classes which include fixed income, currencies and commodities for the last 12 years. His current profile includes business strategy, planning, mentoring research and expanding corporate finance and FII distribution business for fixed income products.

Years of Experience :26 Years Mr. Girish Majrekar has been associated with LKP since 1990. He has over 26 years of experience in the field of Accounts and Finance.
